OUR HISTORY
Created in September 1999, Delphinus is an industrial unit specializing in the processing and export of whole and/or processed fresh and frozen fish products.
Since 2000, the company has been the leading exporter of fresh fish according to DITP*.
To date, Delphinus is also Air France’s first charterer from Senegal.

Delphinus was relocated in 2013. The completely new factories are located in Diamniadio.
Delphinus offers a diverse range of quality products located in 2 production units. The decoupling of activities makes it possible to control production costs and cash flow requirements by sector.

The products distributed all come from artisanal fishing and contracts put in place with Senegalese and foreign shipping companies.
The particularities that make Delphinus successful are:

-location: factory located in Diamniadio, strategically located at the crossroads of the north, center and south beaches and close to the next AIBD airport
– strategy: financing of fishing campaigns which ensures a regular and secure outlet for boats and contracts with Senegalese and foreign shipping companies
– quality assurance: ISO 22000 support procedures
-qualification: presence of qualified management personnel such as product quality managers (veterinarian), technical maintenance manager, fishing technicians.
– equipment: elimination of vehicles suitable for transporting products and equipment suitable for handling and processing products
